I want to make a "30 things for 30th birthday" hamper-humerous

I'm sure I've seen the idea before, but possibly in a '40 things for 40th' format... basically, My sister is on the brink of turning 30. I want to make her a '30 things' hamper, with labels attached to each item explaining their relevance, e.g anti-wrinkle cream for...well, that ones self explanitory! I'm lacking ideas…
