I want to make a "30 things for 30th birthday" hamper-humerous

I'm sure I've seen the idea before, but possibly in a '40 things for 40th' format...
basically, My sister is on the brink of turning 30. I want to make her a '30 things' hamper, with labels attached to each item explaining their relevance, e.g anti-wrinkle cream for...well, that ones self explanitory! I'm lacking ideas though, I want them to be witty/humerous preferably, and not too expensive. (seeing as I'm buying 30 things, plus basket and decorations!)
here's a little background:
She's a Police Officer, has a 6 year old son, is in a relationship with a fellow officer, lives in a church. Loves to travel (but rarely has the opportunity), isn't much of a girly-girl, but i do occasionally knock her for being a chav when she drags some rediculous looking clobber out of her wardrobe (she's not really, it's just a bit of a long standing 'thing' between us!), she does like her make-up, and going out to the clubs still. she loves spicy food, and cooks everything in the microwave (another long standing thing, mum bought her a set of pans 3 xmases ago...they're still in the box...). a sucker for Baileys, and truffles. and dark chocolate (she ate a whole huge bar of dark choc one xmas...threw up half way through, then continued to eat the rest, lol). she's a funny, witty character, and would like something to reflect this. Oh, and her car is like the inside of a garden shed... it's disgusting!
please please if you can come up with any ideas i'd be so grateful.
thanks a million!!! xxx :T

Buy 30 things for a woman of means,
Anything for the microwave, so tins of beans!
Nothing for the car as even thought your thirty
AS a means of transport it is really really dirty!
So the best I could muster,
was a new yellow duster,
Your special favourites are Chocolate and curry,
So It's Uncle Bens rice and a McDonalds flurry!
Your son (put in his name) is six,
so a family game of pick up sticks,
You live in a church with no choir or hymns
So possibly a box of mint chocolate thins?
Your wish is to travel far and wide,
To that end I include a map of East Kilbride!
The pans Mum bought you would be a boon,
So I decided to include a wooden Spoon!
Your partner does exactly the same job,
Enclosed is a limited edition hob nob!
You like to go clubbing and do your thing,
Here lies a copy of Chuck Berrys My Ding A Ling,
A paper for your birthdate, So you can see,
Exactly what happened on the day you came to be.
To buy you clothes is really tough,
So heres a picture of you in the buff (photo as a child)
Your clothing taste is so diverse,
How do you fancy dressing as a nurse! (cheap £1.00 from poundland)
You love your make up and really look smart,
Can't afford Estee Lauder so include a jam tart!
Sorry have to go now if this is a help I will try to add more.:j0 -
