A friend has got Antimalware Doctor installed on her laptop. I have run a malwarebytes and a spybot scans also have run a mcafee scan, spybot is the only one that detects it and supposedly removes it. but each time she reboots the laptop it returns. is there any other scans i could try to remove it.

also have googled Antimalware Doctor it looks like i may have to leave this one for the professionals.

Malwarebytes should remove it... Have she updated definitions and is it the latest version? Can you post the log of the malwarebytes scan (and also spybot)

sorry i cant post any logs as im at home on my own laptop. yep i updated all the scans. spybot detected it and removed it but when the laptop shut down then rebooted it popped up again. malware didn't detect it. will have another crack at it tomorrow. after reading the things on google i don't want to damage her laptop. its not so bad if its your own but when its someone else's i don't want to be responsible for any damage caused. thanks guys xx
