People Tree Sale. Goodybags £30 (Containing over £100 of items)

Not sure what to do, I got two tops exactly the same, black v necks, also got a pair of trousers wayyyy to long . Can I get replacements or not? I understand if I can't on the trousers, but two tops the same is a little off! Any advice welcome, thanks

I would phone them about the tops, as that doesn't seem right. Was that all you recieved in your bag?

No I also received a green and cream strip t-shirt, a blue pair of knickers and a grey tank top. I sent them an email but they want me to send back the whole goody bag for them to replace, and I like the other items, so not sure what to do now?!?!

Not quite £30 but worthwhile knowing in any case - designer flash shopping site BrandAlley are having a sale on People Tree clothing tomorrow. Lots of great buys including vests, tee's, gorgeous dresses, skirts, trousers and jumpsuits.

I'd probably keep it, as yours sounds nice, despite the duplicate, and you recieved 6 items. You would have to pay for postage to exchange.

I suppose your right, I will just chalk it down to experience, and hope that if I order again, I don't get duplicates!

maybe greedy but 4 tshirts was a bit excessive would have loved a dress/skirt or necklace .

Thats the trouble, it is pot luck. I've been very fortunate this year, and managed to get at least a dress/skirt in each. Its a shame your trousers are too long. Could you take them up? I would have liked some trousers in mine.

The trousers would be lovely for work, but I am not much of a seamstress may ask my mum :rotfl:. There about 14 inches to long and bell bottomed so not sure how simple it would be?!
