Well basically, a while back i lost my card, but the robbing thieves want £5 for another one, which im not prepared to do.
So today they said that aparently "in my contract", it says you can forget your card 3 times, before they make you buy a card or they wont let you use the gym, even though on their system, i am a fully paying member.
Where do i stand on this, unfortunately i cant find a copy of my contract so i am hoping someone may be able to advise.

They have to buy the cards, you lost the card, therefore you buy another one from them.
That said, 5 pounds does seem excessive, its only a piece of plastic after all.0 -
It seems reasonble to me. You lost the card so you should pay for a new one. £5 is not extortionate.Wedding 5th September 20150

Seems most replies to this post have been cleansed.
Ask them for another copy of a contract and try reading it this time, hell, go the whole hog and actually keep it this time.0
