i had the same one at my last two flats that i showed the OT didnt fit i was more than happy using that and still would if i could , i have tryed puting cable ties on so it will stay on it will not, dad works in diy store he has brought a few home to see if they will fit none have i cant help that
I know you might already have thought of this but if not it might help: could you try changing the taps to onces that will take a shower attachment? or asking the OT to get that approved?LindsayO

Oh yes, completely snide. Or is the word cynical? I dont know...I get so confused these days. How snide of you. I guess you've never lived anywhere with an old bath since none of the shower attachments today fit them, we had this problem here.
Either way, blerdy hell! No attchments to fit my taps so you will have to fit me a shower?
No wonder every man and his dog and claiming disability!0 -

think i really need to talk to my OT see what she says i had thought about asking about taps changed because everything is being changed to new soon there trying to do as least as they can i put a repair in jan for them to recoat the bath still not done and the whole bathroom is due to be done not just the shower and the boiler , to be honest i have met my OT once and i havent a clue what she can really do to help me or if thats within her powers to do so0 -
There you go...someone with sense.
Attchments dont fit....get new taps.
are you going to pay someone to put them in for me then ??? thats something phyicaly i cant do with my wrists
everything is being replaced soon whats the difference if its done a bit earlyer to help me more in the house or do you object to me even having a OT to help in the house shes just doing her job its that or if i get worse i might have to move and i really dont want that had 3 moves in 3 years already0 -
As your Dad works in a DIY store, I would have thought he would be all too happy to help you out.are you going to pay someone to put them in for me then ??? thats something phyicaly i cant do with my wrists

ok but i wouldnt get dlaif i didnt qualfiy for it, OT wouldnt be needed either,
i have hypermoblity syndrom aswell as a lot of other condtions i have only just recovered of a flare up of 4 weeks iam 24 do u think i want this i think not,
and for the record GP thinks i might have M.E or fibromyalgia so is geting this a bit early so bad if it doesnt effect you
if i was in private rent which iam not i could have got a disablity grant for all that needed done and a new bolier i havent done that so surely this is the more logical option and i dont have to move0
