Newcomer interested in stoozing, but need guidance

I'm interested in playing the game. I know rates aren't the highest, but i'd like to have a go at this. The only thing is, i don't fully understand it (especially some of the terminology)
I get the jist that you want to be taking out a credit card which you can max out for a year & slap that money in a savings account (ISA or similar) & then repay it all before the 'offer' ends.
I have a credit card with Nationwide which i took out in January. This has a £1800 limit. I suspect the best account i could put the stooze money in at the mo would be my Lloyds Vantage.
So what am i looking for in a card? What terms should i look for as positives & what should i stay away from?
Something that'll tell me it's free for 12 month (but what is free exactly?)
Something that'll let me withdraw money/transfer to a bank accuont without charge.
Do these cards still need the minimum monthly repayments, or are then generally TOTALLY free for (let's say) 12 months?
Help appreciated.

Just found a page on this: http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/cards/stooze-cash-credit-cards
The way i was looking at it is described as a Super Balance Transfer on there it seems, but it says that's no longer available.
Why is this? This is the only place i've seen this listed as no longer being available. It's also the one i understood the concept of the easiest lol0 -
