The one I keep going back to over and over the the original Body Control Pilates DVD. It is a bit dated, but the results aren't bad and you don't have to get a sweat up. Beyond that, I love dance fitness DVDs - there is a good one with that dancer from Strictly in which is broken down into 5 segments, each with a different aspect of Latin dance. Then you go through a song doing that routine. It's hard work, but there's lots of twisting so it's good for the hips :D

In the past I have tried the Jade Goody dance dvd and also the Liberty X girls. I quite fancy getting the dirty dancing workout dvd.

Another vote for Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, I have about 25 work out DVD's and try to do one a day and this is the one that I keep going back to. I also love the Billy Blanks Tae-Bo ones and the Colleen Brand New Body one.

I love the Ministry of Sound ones, I have quite a few of them. Good music, and good cardio exercises.

    I use them as well.:j
