I love the Ministry of Sound ones, I have quite a few of them. Good music, and good cardio exercises.٩(•̮̮̃•̃)۶ ٩(-̮̮̃-̃)۶ ٩(●̮̮̃•̃)۶ ٩(͡๏̯͡๏)۶ ٩(-̮̮̃•̃)۶ :EasterBun0

I really enjoy Gillian Anderson's 30 day shred. Its an intense 20 minute workout but it really makes me work up a sweat. Ive been doing it for a few days now and I'm starting to see a difference.

Another vote here for Davina McCall's dvds, I have the High Energy 5 workout and you can choose which workouts to do so you get a good variation each time.
I also like Coleen McLoughlin's Brand New Body Workout if I'm wanting a bit of punishment! Both of these have boxing workouts which I particularly enjoy.0 -
I love the 30 day shred one too. I've been doing it everyday for nearly 2 weeks and have noticed a big difference, I started to see a change in my body around day 6

X Files fan???
I got a box set of Davina ones pretty cheaply on Amazon - I like them, especially as you can do 20 /40/ 60 mins depending on your time or mood.Wins: CD...

I quite like the 10 minute solutions ones although they are quite dated now. The good thing about them is that you can mix and match which parts you do and they are quite a good motivational tool. Saying to yourself "I'll just do 10 minutes" and then going on to do another 10 is sometimes easier than saying "I better do my half hour workout now". Also great if you're short on time.0
