hi, my friend from uni has asked me to help her (she doesnt have internet as shes just moved) I have looked online but i am still not sure of the situ for her

How many weeks does a woman needed to have worked and between what dates for her to qualify for MA?

basically she wont get smp as on a short term contract which will end in 12 weeks (was only 18 weeks altogether) she took short term as she is still at uni (she wasnt preg when she started this role) and is hoping to pick up some pt temp work after this finishes.

She worked for an employer for many years upto Dec 2009 and hasnt worked from Dec to May due to having the luxury of being able to use savings/student loan to pay her way, SHe has a husband, so i dont know if his income will be taken into acount (obviously i do not know what he earns although if you needed thsi info i am sure she will provide)

sorry. i just found my answer! lol, incase it helps anyone else out you have worked for at least 26 weeks of the 66 weeks before the expected week of childbirth, and you can find 13 weeks (not necessarily in a row) in which you earned over £30 per week on average...

why has it taken me 45 mins to find that out?!?
