Do you think this us overpriced?

Central Bristol - within walking distance of shops, bars, clubs etc and 4 allocated parking spaces in the car park at the rear.

What it doesn't tell you is that the park opposite is frequented by alcoholics and drug attacks who shout and fight all day and their dogs bark non stop - there is a homeless hostel opposite and several bail hostels near by. I know this because I work in the building next door!

I can't imagine why anyone in their right minds would want to live there - if I had that kind of money I would want somewhere with a proper garden for a start! However, my OH thinks it's cheap and would have thought it was worth £1,000,000!

It's impossible to ascertain the appropriate value without some further validation.

Have a look here for a repository of resources that will help you to estimate the value of a property:

That's why people view houses and a right minded potential buyer would go back at different times to suss it out isn't it?

You're right though as an ex Bristolian myself, on the face of it and without knowing the area, you'd fall head over heels in love.

I'd be a bit suspicious about that price too anyway, as it's fairly cheap, a basement flat for one of them can fetch up to £300k, never mind a 4 storey town house.

It's a bit of a con because you only get the left half of the house - right of the front door belongs to the front door round the corner.
A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.

That is cheap for Bristol. It would be £1M+ in a better area.

hmm yeah i know the area - never thought there was a house like that there though! 4 parking spaces is a massive bonus, you must know parking round there is terrible :D
