unfair ticket had pemit just not quick enough

Please help.
I've done all the wrong things.
I used words appeal, and didn't just ignore.
read this to late.

i went to visit brothers, went to bathroom came downstairs and brother had to find permit. went outside and ticket on car. arrived brothers house 0934 they said saw me at 0935 and i got ticket 0949.
brother took while to find ticket as no longer has car cos lost job.

i wrote back again saying strongly disagree with there decision.

they spouting contract jargon now.

what should i do.

please advise.

    Is it a council ticket, or a private parking company ? If its the latter just completely ignore them as their tickets are not enforceable in law at all, if its got the council logo on it come back to us.
    Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
    They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
    Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

    Just confirm if its a private ticket, them spouting rubbish about contracts makes me assume it is. In which case, as above, just ignore from now on.

    If it is a council ticket and they are 'spouting contract jargon' also come back to us as this would be outrageous.

    The OP says it's Vehicle Control Services (Excel). They have been known to do Court and/or issue fake Court papers - is the OP a plant I wonder? Not sure but possibly, I smell a rat. Maybe he can give more info. Calling them 'vehicle control service people' and the language in the post looks set up?

    Chypre tell us more or show us your true colours please.
