What does this mean?? (in the HIP)

Looking through a HIP online for a house I like the look of but I notice in the HIP it says the following:
Sale Statement:
The property is being sold "subject to occupation where one or more properties in a sub-divided building are marketed for sale as a single property but at least one is with vacant possession (for example, a house which is vacant but sold with an occupied annexe)."
But... as far as I can see it's just a normal house. No annexes, not sub-divided. Can someone enlighten me please.

Either the HIP is wrong, or the house IS sub-divided/has an annexe. Part is empty, part has a tenant.
Why not call the agent and ask? Thay are more likely to know than me.0
