Quicky: Bonus Interest/Fixed Rate Ending

Just a quick question, if you open a savings account with
a) a Fixed Rate
b) a Bonus Rate for a fixed period

When does it end? Is it;

a) When you open the account?
b) When you make your first deposit into the account?

Does this vary between accounts/banks?

I would expect it to be the anniversary of opening the account - but you need to read the T&Cs of the account in question to be certain.

It varies. Knowing the T&Cs for the individual account is the key!

Cheers. I have a file of every account I open with the T&C's printed out so i'll rummage through them, wanted to check there wasn't a generic answer to it, cheers peeps.
