Help - don't know where to buy a "tent cover"

Does any know where I could buy a sort of large sheet - 7m x 9m - for outdoor usage. I want to use it as a sort of canopy, and will be putting it up myself.

I can't seem to find anywhere online or on the high street that sells this sort of thing, especially at that size.

Can anyone help me?

I got something similar by putting the word

Bivi (many different spelling....bivvi, bivy etc)

all purpose sheet a bit cheaper than the above.
