hi just after a bit of advice last tax credit year i claim as a single person for the first few months april 09/july 09.my partner then moved in so we stopped single claim and did a joint claim.will this change stop the 25000 disregard because we earnt 2000 pound mire 2009/2010 than we did in 2008/2009 for which year last year tax credit was based on
