HSBC Flexi_Loan Payment Problem

Hi,

Hope someone can help, wasnt sure where to go with this... i made my monthly payment to HSBC for my flexi loan on the phone on monday (£70), the payment came out of my current bank account on Wednesday, but it has not shown up on my flexi loan. I have phoned HSBC to query why it hasnt shown up and they are clueless (Surprise, surprise). I have also contacted my current bacnk and they confirmed that it has gone to HSBC collections (they have no other information as it is a standard HSBC collection account it went into). Just wondering if anyone has any advice about what i should do next, thanks for any help.

Contact them and ask them where the payment went maybe?

This is a huge issue - can't really provide any help but I am sure an expert in this minefield will come along soon.
