Help!! Sideways Computer Screen?

Hi,
I am really hoping someone can help me asap!

I have somehow managed to change my laptop computer screen sideways?

All my screen icons and the web pages when I connect to the internet are sideways, so I having to turn my computer on it's side to read everything....

Can someone please tell me how to put it back to normal???

    try the 'Alt Gr' key with the arrow keys. Or try 'Ctrl' + 'Alt' and the arrow keys.

    hehehe I have to admit I quite often do that to screens when in the office :D
