    Lizzie, it is still early days but yes it's much more positive than even I could have hoped for. I think they both realise that they have worked too hard to throw it all away on solicitor fees etc. Fingers crossed it stays like that for the forseable future. Either way I'm having a couple of beers tonight I still feel sick with stress.

    Hi all. Went 'shopping' today with Mum, DD2 and Gs. Had voucher for M&S, Hobbycraft and Dotty Ps to spend. Came back with them unspent. Guess I have got too used to not spending!

    The mortgage is less than 18k so not really in the grand scheme of things. I qualify in 2 years so I should be able to be a little more financially solvent. Shortly after that I should be clear on my credit file if I clear my debts or not.
