Jayward Lovely to see you back for a little while at least and I hope that all goes well with the op x x x

JackieG (((((((Hugs))))))))) for Coco bless her. I will be thinking of you and sending out positive vibes on Wednesday x x

Went out to water the garden and ended up getting bitten twice on the same arm and it has swollen up like mad so I am off to put some vinegar on them in a mo.

Poor Andy Murray I really felt for him and just want to give him a big hug.

Popped round to see my friend tonight her partner has fallen off his lorry and broken his ankle so he is in plaster - he said that he didn't realise how hard it is to walk with crutches (Welcome to my world I have been on them for four years)

I have got an appointment with the vascular surgeon at last it's August 10 then hopefully if he gives the all clear I can go on the list for my first knee to be done :)
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light

Couldn't get on early in the day, forum was down, had to collect DS2 from airport....he has been shopping in Sainsburys since he went to London...lives in Camden(?) and is amazed at how cheaply he and his flatmate eat....that would be the 29% difference between Irish food prices and average in EU then!

Another nice day here to-day, 3 cupfuls of rain fell in the afternoon and evaporated as soon as it hit the ground! Did a bit more weeding to-day, collected July's medication for us both, went to bank. While I was in chemist OH went to have his haircut (what's left of it!) and was back in about 3 minutes...think that I will start doing it again for him...if I can get the setting right on clipper thingy...shaved his head the last time so he has been going to barber since.

N9eav....sorry to hear your sad news....kind thoughts heading for your mother.

Lowesy....nice to see you back, but not pleased at your news...some years are like that, maybe best to get it all over in one year than have it spread out...hugs.

Jayward...glad to hear that you are home, even if only temporarily, take care of yourself and enjoy the graduation.

JackieG....poor little Coco, we still haven't got round to organising Kerry in that respect, OH very against it but not happy to have the uncertainty. Coco will be fine in a day or two.

JackieO...delighted to hear that news, glad that your therapist was good enough to fight your corner.

HockeyDuo...congratulations on becoming a teacher, nice to see you back.

Hugs to all in need or want....including Andy Murray to-night, thought that he just might do it but Nadal is something else...

Special hugs to all those MIA....come back soon please.

    Congratulations zarazara!

I remember the first time I made jam, I was so pleased with myself. :j As your thread has dropped down the board I've added it to the daily thread where we chat about the Old Style things we've been up to during the day.
