hi123, see flexible mortgage option at their intermediaries page and their consumers pages for it. Note that it's pretty much just a regular flexible mortgage, unless you exercise the option to switch to the full One Account. So lots of competition out there for it.0

Remortgaged this year to a 10 year fixed @ 4.67% with the Woolwich on a £74,000 balance with a term of 19 years, and they allow 5% of the balance as overpayments every year. Not in the position as yet but when money becomes more available (wife has just got a job) we can overpay the maximum and find a savings account/top up our ISA's paying more interest than the mortgage rate for the term of this deal. Then the plan is to remortgage for the last few years into a mortgage with no restriction on overpayments, this way the lump sum we've saved can come straight off.0 -

Hi mate, Im looking at remortgaging to the woolwich as well, deal they offer me for a 10yr fixed is 4.98%, how did you get the 4.67%?0
