You can cook pasta in the microwave too! Just put your pasta in a big dish, cover with boiling water and cook on high for 10 mins (works best with really cheap budget pasta).:T
We lived on our microwave for 2 years after Powergen sent us a 3 mth gas bill for £900 :eek: I kid you not! We paid £700 and fought them for 5 yrs to get our money back.
