Hi,
I have a website and I want to record a video tutorial from my PC.
I have a microphone headset and would like to record myself navigating around websites and explaining what I am doing while I am doing it.
This video will then be posted onto my website and onto youtube.
Can anybody recommend any free software, perhaps from cnet.com.
Thanks in advance

Are you bothered about watermarks ?
Fraps / Growler Guncam allow full screen recording albeit with watermarks at the bottom / top of the videos.
Or, £10 and you get a full copy of growler. There's also "Debut video screen recorder", it's trial but I think it's free for personal use.Owner of andrewhope.co.uk, hate cars and love them

Thanks for your advise. Obviously I would prefer not to have watermarks, but if there is nothing else available I will consider them. A couple of pages at Wikipedia that would be worth you reading:

I think I'd start with VirtualDub. It's free, open source and has lots of plugins.0
