You're getting estate agents round sell the house, but where are you & the children going to live ??
You can't discuss these issues on the fly, sounds crazy !!
You should sort out how children are looked after first & that will be determinant issue in any property settlement.
Whatever he thinks, I don't think it's up to him whether he can decide to sell the house.0 -
If you haven't already done so...get legal advice asap as the childrens welfare is paramount.
I was in a similar situation years ago and made the mistake of thinking me and my ex would sort things out amicably between ourselves - not to be - we raged for years and he ended up with the house.
