Hi guys,

I have IE8, does anyone know if there are any options that can be changed to make the current page refresh at given intervals set by me. I want to go onto a webpage and basically leave the pc on in the background for a while but have the page refresh every 30 seconds or so ....

Does anyone know if this is possible ... ?

Thanks in advance if anyone can help :D
