Hi been on contribution ESA for 18months now.
i have had to take early retirement due to my condition, spinal surgery and crumbling spine.
been advised by surgeon not to work this goes against everthing i stand for but i cant do much now .
My company has awarded me my full pension as if i would have finnished at 60 years of age.
can anyone help me, i am receiving ESA of £182 approx every 2 weeks and now with my pension, how does this affect The ESA payment.
Can anyone help me and who do you notify of the pension being paid.
i have received my first pension payment today, its not a massive pension (£200 before tax).
please help as i am in a state and dont like owing people anything.
thanks
clem

Half of your pension income over £85 a week is taken from your ESA.0 -
You will have to ring the 0845 number you get on your ESA correspondance, they will send you out the relevant forms so that things can be amended on the system and your payments adjusted accordingly.0
