tax credit renewal

hi,

i renewed my tax credit claim a few weeks back by post, (cause i could never get through on the phone line)

my weekly payment hasnt changed, i was wondering are they just taking a few weeks to look at them,

i have tried phoning, but still cant get through,

should i drop them a line? i dont want to wait until the deadline for them to stop payments and say they never got my renewal form back

i tried phoning again, just hanging on, so i just dropped them a letter to say i had returned the renewal pack, but as yet havent got a final claim notice,

i wasnt sure what to do for the best
