Appliances Direct - cancelling order

Hi all

I had the misfortune of ordering 2 ovens from AD almost a month ago.

One arrived a week late, and the other… well, delivery dates have constantly changed, various stories have been concocted, and now after almost a month I finally lost patience and cancelled my order. (To add to this, the extended warranties I ordered from them arrived with details of an entirely different oven.)

My question is – has anyone else had any experience of cancelling an AD order? How long should I expect for the money to be returned to my account?

(I don’t feel confident to ask them directly, because if their delivery dates kept changing, perhaps their refund dates will also?)
