Between January 1955 and December 1959 how many months had 28 days?

Highlight the next lines for my suggested answer:-

60 (every month has 28 days, 4 had JUST 28 days, the rest had more)

(in case anybody wants to try it themselves)

When they say BETWEEN January 1955 and December 1959 are they including or excluding the months mentioned?
Are they really using the old trick question or do they really mean 28 days exactly?
Could be 3 potential answers depending on their intentions. Perhaps a carefully worded answer including all 3 answers may be best.

Change the colour of the text to white.

You might want to delete your quote as the answer can be seen in it:)
