Can i claim?

Hi all..
Can i claim working tax credits (childcare) for my children who come to my out of school provision everyday? we have lots of kids and a handfull of staff. I would have to pay for them to go somewhere else - is this right?

not sure but i wouldnt of thought so as you're not actually paying for them to go if it is your own business. best bet would be to call hmrc and ask them. sorry

I don't think that you can charge for looking after your own children...imagine what that would open up, mothers registerring as registered childcarers and only looking after their own kids
