It's eventually happened. FTB's and I couldn't be more pleased. We've had so much trouble with various solicitors up the chain but it's all sorted and I'm chuffed to bits.

A big thankyou for everyone on here who has contributed to my silly threads and answered all stupid questions I've posed.
