Thanks MKS for your detailed reply!! There is so much to do in the area so will have to plan my itinerary!! If I was to book a foot passenger to Isle Of Wight or Jersey where is the best to book this? We would not book till there as it would depend on weather etc. Would there normally be ok availability for foot passengers?0

Hi, sorry can't help with that one. When we go we just drive to Lymington and catch the ferry without booking first.0

We just turn up at Lymington and get a ticket for the next ferry, so far been lucky, but normally get on next ferry, last time we did have to wait for 3 ferries tho which was a bit of a wait so get there early.Always on the hunt for a bargain0
