Axa healthcare

Hi. I decided to cancel my healthcare plan yesterday with axa after having it for 3 years.I phoned to tell them but they were not very helpful and got quite funny about it. i asked if i needed to cancel by letter but the man said something i did not quite hear,muttered he will send info through and hung up.
What should i do?

    If you wants to cancel then just cancel yo direct debit...

    If you are looking to carry on with your cover (elsewhere), you can potentially switch to someone else and continue with the same level of cover you have now (eg same exclusions etc)
