College Dilemma

So after failing my HNC due to personal reasons. I have to resit but saas wont refund me for a HNC, but my head lecturer has been very understanding on my situation. He said i could get a fee waiver.
I am currently signed on *dread* but will i still be able to get a college bursary because i dont think £100 every 2weeks is enough for anyone never mind being at college.
Any advice please (Stays in scotland)

You cannot claim JSA if you are a full time student.0

Sorry i forgot to add that it is part time with less than 15 hours a week0

Then you don't get a bursary for part time study.0
