Hmmm.... Interesting.... Actually met my ASM for the first time today and she told me that provided a rep was achieving more sales than was estimated/'confirmed' in their Given Territory then whatever territory they'd been given they could keep - irrespective of whether they were actually covering/canvassing it or not. Actually thought she was being rather short-sighted but maybe it's an Avon policy?

If you're on C11, the only way you could access the Smartwoman flyer would be to put an additional C10 order in (@ a cost of £2.50) and then back-order from C9. Of course, you'll need to achieve MOV/HOV to get any commission..... Ony you know if it's likely to be worth it.

Don't forget in the second campaign there'll be the £7.50 charge and the commission figure doesn't take account of the books ordered or anything out of HT (bags, etc.)

it is very short sighted, and if it is an Avon policy, they should change it. I know for a fact that there are 2 reps on the road next to mine, and neither canvass the road, they only sell to f&f, or customers they obtained years ago, as I know someone who lives on that road, has never seen an avon book. And my ASM says the road is assigned to a rep.

All those potential customers....:eek:

Thanks, I remembered about the £7.50...still just happy to have made over the MOV

Got all my C12 books prepped to hand out tomorrow, I've not had much chance to concentrate on Avon lately Be back here soon properly though

it's only fixed discount items that will reduce your earnings.

Say you had a £100 order made up of £1 items, 20% of a £1 is 20p, timed by 100 with their being 100 items, and it makes £20.

A £100 order made up of one £100 item - 20% of £100 is £20 just the same:
