I have emailed my ASM twice now asking her to reallocate my territory to another rep but haven't received a reply. I'm still going to be placing an order each month (F & F + work colleagues) so don't want her to think I'm still serving customers in my territory when I'm not and would like my customers to get a new rep asap. If I contact Avon can they organise a reallocation of the territory? Thanks
Hmmm.... Interesting.... Actually met my ASM for the first time today and she told me that provided a rep was achieving more sales than was estimated/'confirmed' in their Given Territory then whatever territory they'd been given they could keep - irrespective of whether they were actually covering/canvassing it or not. Actually thought she was being rather short-sighted but maybe it's an Avon policy?Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

If you're on C11, the only way you could access the Smartwoman flyer would be to put an additional C10 order in (@ a cost of £2.50) and then back-order from C9. Of course, you'll need to achieve MOV/HOV to get any commission..... Ony you know if it's likely to be worth it.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

appprox £16.80 but it does depend on what your customers have ordered. If they have bought items which are fixed discount, you only earn so much on them, and 99p products, you don't earn much.
Have you keyed your sales onto your account? If you have and saved them, you can go to the view my order page, and click on Subtotal. This will show you exactly how much your discount is.
Don't forget in the second campaign there'll be the £7.50 charge and the commission figure doesn't take account of the books ordered or anything out of HT (bags, etc.)Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

it is very short sighted, and if it is an Avon policy, they should change it. I know for a fact that there are 2 reps on the road next to mine, and neither canvass the road, they only sell to f&f, or customers they obtained years ago, as I know someone who lives on that road, has never seen an avon book. And my ASM says the road is assigned to a rep.
All those potential customers....:eek:0 -

it's only fixed discount items that will reduce your earnings.
Say you had a £100 order made up of £1 items, 20% of a £1 is 20p, timed by 100 with their being 100 items, and it makes £20.
A £100 order made up of one £100 item - 20% of £100 is £20 just the same:Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -
