it's for items that are coming two campaigns ahead, but you sometimes find products that are in the current books, or even clearance.

Hello ladies, hope you are all well :D

Quick question - I am on C16 now with some customers on C15, can they still order from the C15 clearance leaflet?

yes they can, but bear in mind some items maybe out of stock.
  • Is HT much cheaper for creative ordering? We don't get the discount on HT - which could be 25%.

    Oh how confusing.

Not doing so good with orders. out of 40 books got two orders - one of which I only noticed when I got back in from the heavy rain - had not address or contact number on. I haven't a clue which house I picked it up from.

It was only £3.00 mind. The other one was for £26 - the ANEW Ultra cream and eye cream - with a view to buying the seven day booster. Has anyone had any positive feedback about that?

it is confusing. But basically, someone might choose something from the book for £15, and in HT it is £4. You will make a straight £11 profit. Don't forget HT items count towards your discount on total sales.

I key in the item code and see how much discount I will earn and sometimes I will earn more by buying from HT.

Good news about the large order Kitten, not so good news about the no address on the other order.:(

I found one of the items my customer ordered was a mascara for £5 in the book. Then when I looked through HT, it was in one of the gift sets, where you got the mascara, glimmerstick, lipstick, nail varnish, eyeshadow and bag for just £7. So even though I have had to pay a little bit more, I have got loads of items really cheap and can use these are gifts or prizes in a raffle.:j

As the order without an address is only a small one, I would order it then put a note on the front of the next book saying something like:

If you ordered XXX from the previous book, please contact me as I have an order with no name or address.

That has worked for me in the past, but if not then you can always send it back later.

PS - do you realise that if you rest the mouse on the little blue square after someone's name, it says 'old' :rotfl:

The main bits of HT to check if you are short of time are the pages where Avon staff recommend their favourite products (again you can only order one but it can save you a bit), and also the clearance pages in case something on on of your orders is included in a clearance gift set.

What you could do is when you are eagerly looking through the new HT, write down on a post it note the pages apart from clearance which have current rather than new products and stick the post it to the front of the HT to save you some time when keying as you'll only have to check a few pages.

Blimey, that is a brilliant idea. Why didn't I think of that before? !!!

This time I used Lozza's tip of writing the creative ordering for each order on a post it and sticking it on. Was much less frantic when I was keying the orders, I just went through and did them, then checked I'd got everything and at the right price at the end.

Thanks Lozza! Another simple idea which we are all too busy rushing around to think of!!
