    Hey there!

    What a fantastically helpful thread!

I have recently just signed up to be a rep and I'm busy beavering away delivering books at the mo before my first order on Sunday!

I have tried to find the answer throughout this thread so apologies if I am asking an obvious question but can I back order from the previous campaign each time?

in other words, I am on C14 at the mo but havent managed to drop at all my houses yet.... once I place my order for C14 on sunday can I still distribute the C14 books after this and order on C15? Or is this a bit risky with stock levels etc?

    Thanks for your help :)

Hi, yes you can always order from the previous brochure (and Hello Tomorrow), so when you are on C15 you can still order from C14.

I use my previous books to give to customers who I know I won't get the books back from (unless they have an order), I also use them for canvassing new houses.

The only thing that you might have to be a bit careful with are the sales brochures. Sometimes items are more likely to be sold out if you order from previous sales brochures but you don't actually have to give them out so you could just give out the books without them.

    :)

Joyfull - you may want to amend your post #2411 so you are not quoting spam.

I've deleted the post. I didn't realise I'd somehow done anything wrong. Hope I've now corrected it. What happens if you quote spam?

Thanks money maker for pointing it out though.

Its not a problem but the 'powers that be' only remove the initial post. Anyone who quotes it effectively ensures it remains on the site as other posts aren't checked. I wasn't entirely sure if it was classified as spam but its removal would confirm that. Plenty of nutters out there!

Well delivered the PJs and lipbalm to my customer today. She said to me can I ask you something, I know it's a bit cheeky... oh gosh I thought, what now?

She wanted the November book now, because it's her anniversary in November and she wants to have a look and order in October....:wall::doh:

I told her I didn't have the November book as I don't order that far in Advance as I cannot afford to buy books that far in advance! I said when I got it, I would post it to her.

Then as I am trying to edge out of the door, the whole time her husband is deliberately ignoring me... she says, "oh and when can I expect my bathrobe?"

I said "you never placed the qualifying orders, I explained to you, you had to put an order in of at least £10 in each campaign and buy the required products to qualify. You never did that. I can't give you a bathrobe as I couldn't order one. "

    Oh she says... oh....

    turning my phone off permanently!

You didn't do anything wrong, we just tend to say "poster" is spam, because if you put the post number, when it is deleted, the post number goes to someone else and it looks like they are spam..:rotfl:

But as Money maker says the post remains so the spammer got what they wanted. Free advertising.

I reported it to abuse, as it self advertising of their business, and it was just rude the way they wrote it. Not sure if anyone else reported it.

Abuse would only remove other posts if they are flagged too. And to be honest with the amount of emails they must get with abuse reports, they don't have time to check the rest of the thread.

    No harm done. :D

tell them the truth. You are away on holiday and will be able to do deliveries on x date after your return. I think most customers would be happy to wait.
