This has probably already been asked on here so apologies in advance - any tips on sorting through my order?

Have just rummaged through all 5 boxes to find invoice, then I found the printed message on the box saying "Invoice Enclosed" Doh! :rotfl:

Don't worry, it took me about 5 campaigns to notice that ... even though I had read it on the literature, I still forgot to look for it on the boxes. Doh ...

Don't know how anybody else does it, but before I open any boxes I start off by getting together my paper bags, plastic bags, thank you notes, stapler and a pen. Oh, and the orders!

Then I go through the boxes and sort into 4 or 5 piles:
    Make Up
    Bath & Body
    Haircare
    Skincare
    Other
(You'll need quite a bit of floor space)

Then find the invoice (you'll find that so much easier now!!) and tick everything off to start with. I can then see and mentally note which (if any) are charged but missing from box. I can also see if they have sent the any incorrect items. I also note the OOS items which will be on the invoice.

Then, leaving your piles as they are, go through each order and bag up. You might find it easier to do the smaller orders or those with lots of the same type of item (mostly make up or haircare for example) first so you can get some easy stuff out of the piles. If you can't find an item for an order, don't worry just move onto the next order and look for it again at the end - it'll be much easier once the piles have gone down a bit!!

Your first order will take an absolute AGE because you don't know what anything will look like (particularly make up boxes). Don't worry - even your second order will be quicker than the first and so on.

Sorting a box for a £300 order takes me about half an hour, and then bagging up about an hour. Ish. Depends on how much new stuff there is to sniff and nosey at!!!!!

Then I have a box for each "area" (my territory is split into 4) and put the bags back into the boxes ready to load into the car and play Santa (or Noddy as one of my customers calls me!!!).

    HTH.

    Hiya everyone,
The hand cream for the bathrobe offer is showing as limited stock, will that mean they wont get the bathrobe if it doesnt come with the order?
    :)

Not sure but hopefully they'll send a substitute for the handcream. Pretty sure Avon will assume some handcream orders are made just to qualify for the bathrobe. Does anything show for the stock of bathrobes?

Quite often that happens to me and then... miraculously it seems to appear! If it's definitely missing, just make a note, carry on prepping your orders and at the end apply for credit on your website - there's a code for 'ordered, invoiced but not received' or something like that. My first order I spent ages on the phone to Customer Services but it was a total waste of time; they just told me to apply for credit on the website. You lucky girl, you have us! :T

I have been sent the wrong type of foot cream. Customer wanted 2 callus cream (footworks) they sent 1 and another foot cream, still footworks, so think they just packed it wrong in the warehouse. How do I return this as it's on my invoice as callus cream? Do I put the code on the credit for callus cream and the reason wrong item sent?

Also, has anyone else bought the 3 in 1 cleanser thing? I thought it would be a cream you put on with cotton wool but I think it's more like a face wash.

They are showing as in stock. I did wonder if they would do that.
