Does anyone know an alternative to the timeless perfume? Someone wants a sample but not sure what to give them instead.

ok, Timeless is a Chypre, floral EDT.

Some that maybe nice for your customer to try:

Aromadisiac for her - floral and fruity, contains Jasmine and Amber like Timeless.

Eternal Magic has vanilla and rose like Timeless.

Summer White, only has Jasmine like Timeless.

and possibly Christian Lacroix Absynthe for her
  • Ive still got a bottle of Timeless hidden away. Did have two-had a raffle at work but couldn't give it away! I still like it but not like I did!
I would do as suggested and order the bottle-its then a 50/50 on you getting a sale. When its a sample they "think" about it!
Annual Grocery budget 2018 is £1500 pa £125 calendar month £28.84 pw for 3 adults

Aureol - poor little mite, whatever has he been up to?! Had a friend who had a little girl (2nd child), face like an angel but an absolute monkey. She was told this as well following her daughters broken arm (fell off a worktop). Never heard whether she had a visit or not but know her little one was always getting into scrapes. Try to see it as a reassurance that SS are doing their job.

He slipped down the last few stairs - about 4 to the bottom and fell awkwardly on his arm. The nurse asked if I didn't have the stair gates up, but we don't have the fixed ones, we have the portable ones. I put them away, as he is so confident going up and down the stairs, he always holds the bannister. I think the carpet was just a little slack or maybe a bit too slippery where he stepped and away he went.

The thing is OH fell from quite near the top of the stairs a few months back, he slipped on the carpet and fell to the bottom.

What the nurse is saying is that I should supervise him going up and down the stairs.

Timeless is only £4 in C14, so if your customer does like it, they are not spending a fortune.
  • walked for 3hours today collecting 50 books. no orders in fact not even any interest. pants

on the plus side she has said she will help us with books until we get enough customers because we have been unlucky. still keep getting places away from where i live which is frustrating especially when we dont get any sales. its hard work with a 3 month old 10 year old and mil in tow.

put my order through and it ended up being 169. ours came to 65 so we wern't totally impressed. 16 customers in total and another 40 c14 from her. i think we should be ok all in all.
Converted comper to MSE. Thank you for all your answers!

Oh and thanks for hugs. I will give them to him tomorrow :)

When I was crying when we got home, he said to me "what's wrong mummy?"

And he insisted on getting his scooter out and riding it one handed! Terrified mummy right behind him!
  • Oh aureol, how awful for you. I can completely understand why you got upset. I have 2 girls, 4 and 7, and I have been to A&E a few times with each (no broken limbs though luckily) and all you can do is wish you could take away the pain, although they do seem to cope with things better than we do sometimes, they just sort of get on with it iykwim :) Poor little mite, I hope he feels much better soon.

  • Right, back to business. Can anyone tell me what items are OOS/ very low stock in Camp14 (especially the sales brochure) as I am away when I have to submit my order and wont be able to check stock etc (not that I could do anything about it anyway), just thought I could prepare myself a little if loads of it was OOS as most of my customers orders are from it :D

Ahh Aureol, love him, worried about mummy but can always carry on playing even with one arm!!! As said try not to worry, for years my "real" job has been as a nursery nurse, working with SS alot as said they would only be doing there job & often just help with lots of advice & support. I know what you mean as I took my stair gates off when little one was just over 2 as she was so confident!

My sales this time have taken a dip, just over £200 so far, next campaign will try a free gift with a certain spend to up the orders again.

    C17 - £610.78 :j:j C18 £367.40
