Ordered a Printer from HP.Excellent delivery time BUT be aware of awful service with their technical support.
I had some problems the day after receipt of the printer.Their 'technical support' is on an 0845 number and i spent about 3 hours on the phone and during this time i was cut off 4 times and even when i did get through i found the non-english person very difficult to understand.
My problem was not resolved so i told their complaints dept i will send the item back. They were not bothered and gave me another phone number to call in order to get an address to return it to.
To add insult to injury i was told that my 12 month warranty was almost expired EVEN THOUGH I HAD ONLY HAD IT 1 DAY!..........apparently these things are lying around for 12 months or so in warehouses and the warranty starts from manufacture date, with no account of when you actually buy it.
Be very careful all you HP owners and check your warranties are correct.
I realise HP is a huge Company, but the tech support people will soon be looking for other jobs if they dont give the support needed...and stop cuuting people off.
Ok,got that off my chest and very disappointed.Off now to buy a Canon when refunded.

manufacturers warranty - question is - did you buy as new or from a reseller? Cause if new the man warranty starts from the day you bought it.
Anyway sent back under dsr & get money back.

That's a road of cobras. The warranty starts from the date of purchase.0 -
There is nothing more annoying than a printer when it doesn't work (apart from the customer service!) I recently had to replace my old printer (it died of old age!), I got a Brother printer from Kc Inks, they sent it to me by courier, got it the next day and think I saved a bit as well. Not affiliated but got good service so very happy!:)0
