free cinema when accompanying a disabled person

simply pick up a form from any Odeon Cinema complete it and send it with a passport size photo of the disabled person and for £5 any carer accompanying them to the cinema gets in free. I have one for my 7 year old who would never be going to the cinema on his own anyway but it still costs me only the price of his ticket i.e. I get in free as his carer. Anyone can use the carer card as long as accompanying the disabled person:T
