Thanks Martin. Should I leave my buyer a neutral or a positive? He has done nothing wrong except not agree to the mutual withdrawal.
As a seller you have the choice of leaving a positive or no feedback at all. You can't leave neutrals or negatives as a seller. Don't be tempted to leave a positive with negative comments. That can be removed and Ebay will give you a black mark.0 -
Did he keep his side of the transaction? Pay in good time, if so you should really leave him positive, you could say something like," paid promptly, please accept my apologies for the mix up."
So then if anyone reads your feedback you've been pleasant & one neg isn't really going to damage your ability to sell on ebay.0 -
