Soo jealous of all the pictures of shoes!!!

My nails have been getting so much attention because of that Barry M nail effects stuff. I'm going to buy back ups I think. Need to invest in some new nail polish colours too.

My outfit isn't even worth mentioning.

Took my little one into work as it was 'learning at work' day. Lots if different stalls etc. So of course I spent 45 mins playing football (with a stressball in heels). Exhausted doesn't cover it. :rotfl:

I use FB to confess sins (Hobbycraft spend) and it easier to promote my business(es) this way than most other. I'd love to spend time writing letters but with working and having two children I don't have time. I don't have the luxury of being able to go away for weekends and keep uptodate with friends that way unfortunately. Roll on 12 years when I can live out of a suitcase!!!! totally agree with dirty laundry stuff though. I prefer Twitter personally. I had tweets from Alexander Armstrong and Dave Gorman in the past week.

Outfit today - Boden purple spot dress, black leggings and biker books, black beads x 3.

Tesco stuff arrived. The strapless dress is fab (and a size 12!) as is the beaded detail dress. The brocade dress we all lusted after is actually horrible on me :( I look like a fat cheryl cole.

The purple bag arrived and is suedette so I am wondering what to do. It does look very realistic and is nice so I will keep it but feel I should address the fact it says suede with Tesco.

Caroline I'd say if it said suede in the web description of email them saying you're disappointed.
Such a shame about the brocade dress but glad your what to wear dilemma could be over :)

    I don't understand Twitter.

You sound happy today Char :) I would be if I was wearing that blouse, it sounds lovely!

    Outfit is:

    Grey cableknit jumper - DP
    Grey vest underneath - Primark
Long cream pleated skirt with broderie anglaise band near the hem - free with some blog sale purchases :)
    Grey tights - Ethel Austin?

Really not sure about the length of this skirt and what to wear it with but I thought I'd give it a go. Shall blog later for advice/criticism!

Morning, I'm still in my PJ's but I only got in from work at 3 o'clock this morning :(.

The lovely postman brought me a tube of lash accelerator from Rimmell. Can't wait to try it - love freebies!

    Photogenic
Just got back to my office from manning reception. Had a WW2 veteran in about his heating, his walking stick had his souvenirs from the war on it, got him through to the call centre. They were about as much use as a chocolate teapot.

    Today,
    White chinos
Blue poplin shirt yellow paisley cravat
    Grey marl crew neck sweater
Mahogany leather oxford toe cap shoes.
    Navy reefer jacket

  • I've gone back to boring old black trousers today but it's because I knew I'd be lugging boxes about :(

    - Green and cream pattern wrap top - Topshop sale about 5 years ago
    - Brown vest underneath - H&M
    - Boring black trousers - DP
    - Silver/grey boots - Office sale also about 5 years ago :o
    - Only a ring and watch for jewellery, and hair tied up into a bun - very functional today!

    Happy Friday one and all!
