    My story is similar to yours too, got credit as soon as I moved away from home aged 18, going to college and only working part time, yet getting thousands thrown at me. Very irresponsible of myself but the banks don't help. I have paid every penny back and your right it is something to be proud off.

    Congratulations!!!! I have also been in debt since I was 18, it's 18 months till I'm 32 so hoping I will also be debt free by then. Thanks for posting, it so nice to hear that someone has made it and really boosts me that i can get there as well

    Been in debt to various degrees since I was 18 too. I'm just over 2 years away from my 30th but I've promised myself I will be debt free before then. And I'll have real savings, which will be quite a novelty for me :D
