Tixy PM'd and asked me to come check this thread out, maybe Fitzer forgot to message me! But i'm confused, is this actually the OP's account - yes or no? If so, when was it taken and what is it (loan/card) - how much was it for etc...
Thing is, blacking it all out doesn't help - if you can PM me new links with some data present it would help no end, right now i'd not like to say if it is enforceable or not - that's not the point!
Please explain briefly what is happening, is it your debt? if so what has happened, have you just ignored it, made any payments? have you been defaulted? Who is writing to you, the DCA or the new people?
Its all too vague for me and unless you can provide detailed info I cannot assist any more. Cheers best of luck2010 - year of the troll

Thanks for the email with the actual agreement on there. Unfortunately it does appear to be enforceable, all the PT's are there and linked to the agreement you signed. You now have two options, blag it and see how fat they wanna go or arrange a repayment plan.
Sorry, but some you win some you do not...2010 - year of the troll

The DCA mate - offer 10% and work up to no more than 25% of the value of debt..... there is a template for this on my unenforceability thread.... :cool:2010 - year of the troll

Yes.... start at 10% then go up to 15, then 20 then maximum of 25%! The DCA bought it for between 9p-21p in the £1 so work it out what to offer, from that!
I tend to say start being cheeky and work up, but be clever - you can only do it in writing! NOT verbally.... :beer:2010 - year of the troll
