Anybody got ant advice
i will have one years employment rights and redundancy rights on 31/8.
my employers are undergoing TUPE to new employers on 31/8.
i was informed my role had no match on 20/4.
i was interviewed for a different job and declined with "there might not be a role with the new employers" on 11/5.
no written correspondence since.
submitted grievance to employers under statutory duty of care on 16/6 requesting clarification on my role with the new employer, whether i would transfer, if they intended to breach my contract before 31/12 (next legal termination date), sustainability of the whole workforce, adherence to statutory redundancy procedure.
i have been copied in to discussions between union and HR regarding my redundancy and a compromise agreement (they have offered payment to 31/12 if i dont transfer).
told to go home for two days by a senior colleague to avoid two training days this week with the new employer.
Any help would be gratefully accepted
