For the last week or so I have found that when I click to print off a PDF document the puter freezes and I have to turn off to get it back to working.
Today Ive done a system restore but Im never sure if VISTA works on system restores
and then I had to spend ages trying to sort out my Kaspersky internet suite which said its black list was corrupted
Anyways, can anyone tell me a likely reason for this PDF printing causing the computer to freeze please.

What application are you using to view/print the PDFs? If it's Adobe Reader, then try installing the latest version, or better still, install Foxit Reader and use that. It is more efficient than the bloated Adobe Reader.0

Assuming that you're using Adobe Reader to view and print PDFs, I'd uninstall it, go to the Adobe website and download the latest version and install that.
Be aware that there is a bogus Adobe Reader 2010 doing the rounds at the moment (I got an unsolicited email from these scammers a few weeks ago now) which is almost certainly malware infected.0 -
Many thanks guys. Ive uninstalled adobe and installed foxit and woo hoo, at last Ive managed to print out a sales price list. Thanks so much.0
