Just read the thread on the other forum; so basically the OP's phone wasnt a grade A; it had some tiny marks which wouldnt bother most but disbarred it from being mint; and CEX eventually paid him to shut up and go away and changed their process to stop people like the OP blackmailing them in future into paying over the odds.

Nope - phone was in as new condition. The photo sent was NOT my phone. They failed to take a photo and send me the picture of the phone displaying me the IMEI. Instead they sent me a photo of the phone that looked like it had been dropped on the floow. The guy on the phone admitted that it was in Grade A condition. He also said some other stuff which was shocking but not going to repeat on here. Let's just say, they are fixing their problems with grading so this stuff doesnt happen again.

Not according to the other forum. At all points on the other forum they advise your phone was Grade B and that Grade A is basically impossible to achieve unless its sealed in a box already.

They paid you off. Nothing else.

And that person posted photos of my phone which were NOT my phone.
Check out their facebook account - people having phones marked down all the time, or losing phones.
Phone was NOT Grade B - the guy on the AVForums was telling porkies 'cos the guy who called me said he had seen the phone and it was grade A.

As I said, I asked for proof (they never sent it), return of the handset (didnt take me up on it) or send me what was owed.
