Training eligibility on Job Seeker's Allowance

I am not getting any information about training I might be eligible for through the Job Centre.
A recruitment agency thought that as I have been out of work for 13 weeks that I was coming to the end of Stage 1 when the largest amount of funding for training is available.
Can anyone tell me what the stages are and what funding or training is available at each stage? I am finding it really difficult to get any information from the staff in the Job Centre. Thanks.
