Survey- Anything to worry about?

So we had home buyer survey done on the house we are buying (its repossessed) and its come back with three problems all marked up as 3rd level problems. Everything else is okay

1. Some water pipes are lead. Suggestion these need replacing.
2. Some slight crack in bricks on external wall suggesting rusting of wall pins
3. Elecrics mix of old and new. Partial re-wire suggested.

So are these things we should get looked at straight away or could they wait for a while. Are any of these serious problems that we should be worried about or is the surveyor just covering his back?

Be glad if anyone can help as am long time renter first time buyer.
Thanks

Theres no simple ans to your question, but i would certainly get them checked out and priced up.

Elec esp as that could be dangerous. I can only speak from my exp but some things that show up are "standard" on a property of a certain age, my house is over 100 yrs old and got pulled on loads of things 12 years ago, however i decided not to do them, but that was my choice.

get the work costed out and then decide where to go from there.

    May be just that.
But I wouldn't buy it from you without a specialist survey backed by insurance.
